After more than a decade of serving the Casper community, Western Alliance Agency stands as a testament to what’s possible when integrity leads the way. Founded by Tom Potter in 2014, the agency was born from a pivotal moment in his career: rather than settle when the company he worked for was bought out by a large brokerage that didn’t align with his values, Tom set out to build a company that puts people first.
Western Alliance’s mission is simple but powerful: “Gather honest, good-hearted, hardworking individuals who work together with confidence to build a company their team and clients can be proud of.” This mindset has shaped every interaction, every policy and every decision since day one.
What makes Western Alliance unique is the team’s commitment to doing more. From simple personal policies to complex commercial coverage for businesses with over a thousand employees, their approach is built on trust, efficiency and relationships.
