Tina Silva - 307 Dance Academy
After stepping away from a previous studio fifteen years ago, Tina Silva wasn’t sure if she’d continue in the world of dance education. But when a group of parents encouraged her to start something new and different, she couldn’t ignore the call. They began gathering in parks and school cafeterias, dreaming of a place where dancers would feel welcomed, empowered, and inspired. From those conversations, 307 Dance Academy was born, a nonprofit studio focused on opportunity over revenue, technical excellence, and the joy of performance.
At 307 Dance Academy, the motto is “Inspire the Fire,” and it’s more than simply words. With a professional, passionate faculty and a wide variety of classes including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, tumbling, and cheer, the studio offers a foundation in technique while nurturing confidence, discipline, and creativity. As Casper’s only nonprofit studio, 307 Dance Academy ensures that every child, regardless of background or financial ability, has access to high-quality dance instruction through needs-based scholarships and inclusive programming.
The focus extends beyond technique, instilling values like character, integrity, and community-mindedness. Through outreach programs and partnerships with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, Special Olympics, and Jason’s Friends, students learn what it means to give back and uplift others.
