For Lisa Dodds, baking has always been more than a hobby; it’s a heartfelt tradition rooted in cherished holiday memories spent alongside her mother in the kitchen. Those early days, helping to craft trays of cookies for family and friends, planted a seed that would grow into a lifelong passion for culinary creativity.
After more than two decades in the medical field, Lisa made a bold decision in 2016 to trade her scrubs for an apron and open a bakery from her home. Wind City Sweets & Treats was born out of her deep love for food, a desire to innovate with flavor and a dream to share her creations with the Casper community.
Everything Lisa bakes is made from scratch with fresh, quality ingredients: no mixes, no shortcuts and never anything artificial. Every item in the bakery case has been carefully tested and refined, reflecting the team’s dedication to excellence and creativity. Whether it’s a gluten-free cupcake, a dairy-free cookie or a custom cake that’s as much a work of art as it is a dessert, each treat is crafted to delight all the senses.
